By accessing or using Mikiro ("the Service"), operated by Mikiro ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mikiro is a multimodal knowledge management platform that allows you to upload, organize, and query content across text, audio, video, and image formats. The Service uses advanced AI and knowledge graph technology to help you discover connections, retrieve information, and interact with your knowledge base through natural language.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
4. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Mikiro ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and index your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and process all User Content, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service in a way that could harm other users or system integrity
6. Subscription Plans & Payments
Mikiro offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
7. Workspaces & Collaboration
Workspace owners are responsible for managing member access and permissions. Content shared within a workspace is accessible to all members of that workspace. Owners should exercise care when granting and revoking access to ensure appropriate data governance.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, summaries, and knowledge graph connections based on your uploaded content. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or complete. You should verify critical information independently. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Mikiro and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Features, storage limits, and AI model capabilities may change as the platform evolves.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
